MP Metro Coach Booking: Film Shooting, Pre-Wedding & Birthday Party Charges
Celebration on Wheels MP Metro is a new initiative launched by the Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL). The programme allows individuals, organisations and production houses to use selected metro coaches, stations and metro premises in Indore Metro and Bhopal Metro for approved events and creative activities.
According to the official MP Metro guidelines, all bookings require prior approval and must follow the prescribed safety and operational rules.

The Celebration on Wheels MP Metro initiative allows various activities, including:

- Documentary filming

All activities are subject to prior permission from MP Metro.
MP Metro Booking Charges
The official booking charges are: Category Charges Undecorated Static Metro Coach (Terminal Station) ₹5,000 per hour Undecorated Running Metro Coach ₹7,000 per hour Refundable Security Deposit ₹20,000 per coach
Note: *GST and other applicable taxes will be charged separately. *Booking charges may be revised by MP Metro in the future.
Important Guidelines
Before booking Celebration on Wheels MP Metro, applicants should note the following:
- A maximum of 50 persons are allowed for birthday celebrations, pre-wedding shoots and similar events.
- If the number of participants exceeds 50, additional passengers will be charged according to the applicable MP Metro fare rules.
- If any paid or unpaid station premises are used along with the metro coach, an additional 50% booking fee will be applicable.
- All activities must comply with MP Metro safety and operational guidelines.
